last saturday with the girls was FUN! oddly, i couldnt remember a scene wihout food. one of the many things that make us flock together. hehehehe. ang saya mag reminisce, lalo na when you reminisce the things that make niel… well, niel! panalo talaga yung eksenang spidey with matching spiderwebs and akyat ng kawawang puno ng papaya. hahahaha!

i’m more excited for the end of this month, ang Kabird Daytrip to Tagaytay!! YAHOOO!!! (talagang de-titulo ito, with matching tarpaulin banner and balloons sa sasakyan! hehehe.) First time ever in Bird History ang kaganapang ito kaya may dahilan para paghandaan ng lubos at magdulot ng walang patumanggang kasabikan (san galing yun??!) At! may outdoor games pa!!! iniisip na namen ni ryan kung ano gagawing games, pero syempre hindi ko sasabihin dito para may thrill. at gaya ng nasabi ko, first time ever ito so we’re expecting a high attendance rate. LALO NA YUNG MGA HINDI NAGPAKITA NUNG SABADO (gian) at yung NAGSABING PUPUNTA PERO NI ANINO HINDI NAKITA (itago na lang natin siya sa pangalang STACEY ANNE SU ) ang hindi pumunta, PANGET!!! walang dahilan para hindi ito matuloy, kasi hindi siya  biglaan, at lalong hindi pwedeng hindi pagipunan, so, NO EXCUSES.

am missing out on the holy week. ndi ko nararamdaman. i used to be so busy. 2 years ago at this time of the year, i was at church. either practicing for the fire dance, or having a midnight TAIZE, or magpupunta sa bayan after ng prusisyon para panoorin yung prusisyon dun. astig kasi dun sa OLA, madaming santo parati, madaming ilaw, madaming tao. Holy Week used to be fun. hehe. I remember about 4 summers ago, we staged the Station of The Cross. *in case anyone’s reading that didn’t know, i used to be a member of our parish’s (‘es? eyng?) youth group. my fondest teenage memories are spent with that group. gawd. am i that old?!* We were having fun and all, but we did’nt forget why we were staging that play. it was our own version of pagtitika at pagninilay. masaya nga lang.

ngayon, busy ako kasi may trabaho. kailangan pumasok. hay. pakunswelo na lang yung holiday pay. amf.

as i checked my friendster account, i clicked on “who’s viewed me?” and, well, guess who did? my exes!! hahahaha. and its not just one. dalawa sila! im like, “uuy, ur checking me out.. LOOK WHAT YOU’VE BEEN MISSING!!! *insert evil laugh here* wala lang. i needed that. wahehe.  By the way, TIN, um, tumataba ka ata??? teehee

 ANYWAY, laki ng problema ko. kasi, ryan’s boss, si tl stuart, scheduled a puerto trip for his team, shempre kasama si ryan dun, at shempre, kasama din ako dun. wala pang date, pero mukhang mga 2nd or 3rd week of May. Meaning, i have two puerto trips: isa sa april 28-29 wih the birds and another ng mid-May kasama Team Stu. kamusta naman yun. ang funds and tan and all. whoooooo! summer kung summer ito!!! May Bora pa!!! gudlak sakin!   pulubing maitim na ko pagdating ng june!!! hahahahahaha!!!

 Nga pala. Remember how small my world is? weeellll… it just got smaller. hehe. nung sabado nakasabay ko bumaba ng elevator si ES. tas nung nagyoyosi na ko sa baba, guess sinong naka lunch? si Lau. so we talked a little, kamustahan and all that. THEN, who else did i see? si Michelle, barkada ko nung Highschool!!! I called her kaya lang she can’t stay long, she had to go up na daw. Parehas pala kame ng building!!! im like, “sino pa, sino pa ba magpapaliit ng mundo ko?! bring it on!!” hehehehe.

 my efforts to slim down before i hit the beach is… well… apparently ineffective. im not losing the tummy or anything. graaah. im womdering if Forever Flawless has those slimming spa things? i better try em out soon. *sigh*

i remember yung sinabi ni karen nung college kme (which is like, 10 years ago) “ang mundo ko parang pinhead na lang at tumatalon talon yung mga taong kilala ko” hahahahaha. panalo yun. i sooo know the feeling now.

una, friend ko from chuhc, si chinky, babaeng libis na din, pro sa APAC nga lang sya, sa epixtar bldg which is only… a block away.

pangalawa, sa lau, as in LAUREN ANNE PALANCA – MARAGAY, akalain mong officemate ko na pala!! nagt training sya ngayon, pero for a different account. for that, dalawa na officemate ko from college si ES as in Shirley Niña Modelo at si Lau. Meron pa kayang susunod?

 But wait there’s more!!!

Remember Anywhere Guy? so-called kasi kahit saan ko na lang siya nakikita nung college- mapa jeep, mapa mall, mapa fx, mapa sakayan? na naging officemate ko sa convergys? Guess What? officemate ko na naman siya dito sa etel!!!! kamusta nman yun??? sa ilang daang call center sa pilipinas. Lord naman!! at least ndi kme pareho ng account, pero waw, exag na!

so iniisip ko pa lang ang darating na sabado parang nahihirapan na ko. haha. ganto kasi.

una, may pasok ako ng friday night, 9pm-6am plus 2 hours or so post shift on saturdays. after that, off to alabang for rojin and royce’s birthday party (they’re ryan’s niece and nephew) at 1pm. pagkatapos nun, lipad naman pa morato for Lea’s (denice’s sister) debut at virgin cafe. tapos nagtext pa si tin kahapon, 7pm daw sa coffe bean and tea leaf. so,

i have an idea. why not the birds congregate at virgin cafe morato instead? para we can gimik na after the debut at mag move on sa kape lang? wahehehe. diba? it’s gonna be somthingdifferent for all of us. i just hope denice is ok with the birds flocking to her sister’s debut.

 which reminds me. i have to get her a gift. pronto. thank goodness for karenandkaren. wahehe.

 2nd day of being in the full sales LOB. my agents are doing ok, though some really need a little more push. cant really blame them, galing kang tech support tas biglang sales. it’ll come in time i guess. all in all we’ve made around $7K sales for two days. not bad for the first two days. keep it up team!

We are going to Puerto Galera on April 28 and 29.  *if you notice, sinasabi ko, hindi ako nagpapaalam. * file your leaves, postpone whatever you need to do, DROP EVERYTHING because we NEED go. BADLY. hehe. ngayon pa lang sinasabi ko na para wala nang excuses. we have almost two months save up, slim down, whatever. hehe.

here’s the plan:

6am- 7am – breakfast and meet up at jollibee alabang (kasi dun malapit yung bus station to batangas port)

7am – 11am – bus ride to batangas port (maximum travel time na ito, pde pa makuha ng 10am)

11am -12pm – boat ride to Puerto Galera

12pm – PUERTO NA!!!

so yun… after lunch we bought stuff we forgot to bring along sa SaveMore, like mineral water, soap and others. 

then we went to baguio cathedral, famed for their hundred (or so) steps. we climbed all the way up (shempre) then took pictures.Ü know what, if you’re in Baguio there’s only two ways to go – uphill or downhill. kamusta nman yun. wlang flat roads. harhar. and you get around walking. walk kung walk. pag hinid na kaya ang powers, pede naman mag jeep. or taxi. masaya mag taxi, 25.oo bucks lang flagdown!!Ü panalo!!Ü

moving along… after namen mag cathedral, umuwi na. hehe. hindi na kase kaya ng powers ko, galing pa ko shift and all. paguwi namen sa haus, nanood lang konting tv tapos nakatulog na ko, walang dinner dinner. hehe.

the next morning we woke up early, had breakfast then went to see the Panagbenga Flower Festival floats. ang galing, i’ve never seen so much flowers. nakulayan lang ng konting pulitika kasi may float din sila cesar montano, migs zubiri (almost the entire administration senatoriables, really) and there was a helicopter hovering over us with a big “Pichay Sa Senado” tarpaulin. manatakin mo yun. we didn’t finish the entire parade kasi i wanted coffee. for that, nag starbucks kame. first ever coffee namen ni baby ko, at kailangang sa Baguio pa talaga. haha. then we bought lunch, take out lang tapos kinain namen sa house. after lunch we went to burnham park, mines view park, botanical garden wright park, the mansion, good shepherd convent and last but not the least, UKAY!! yey!! hehehe. i was able to buy shoes. black pumps worth 200 bucks!! panalo mag ukay sa baguio!! hehehe. siguro if there was more… uhm.. resources i would have bought an entire wardrobe. hehehehe. nakabalik kami sa house dinnertime na. kumain kame sa carinderia malapit dun sa house. after dinner, umidlip ako… tas gumimik kame sa Nevada Square. Ang gimikan sa Baguio kung saan hindi uso manghingi ng basong may yelo.  hahahaha. parang natataranta sila pag bigla ka naghanap. may group of girls dun nung gumimik kame, ang outfit parang wala sa Baguio. pekpek shorts and tank tops and all. with matching makeup, of course. ako ngang nka tshirt at jeans at jacket nilalamig na, sila wala lang. tsaka… ang beer nila red. share ko lang. hmmm. yun, nagkarambulan pa nga kase yung isang gurl nanghataw ng guy gamit ang monobloc chair. panalo talaga. all for the turistas.

the next day we had one more stop. the strawberry fields. ang astig din dun. you’ll actually see where the strawberries come from and see flowers planted. the fields were our last stop. then we had to go back home to prepare for the bus trip to manila.

 haaaay…

it was short. and sweet. and very memorable. and the memories are priceless.
